During the 2023 Building Simulation conference, Dr Nagy was named IBPSA Fellow for “The grade of IBPSA fellow is awarded to members who have attained distinction in the field of building performance simulation (or in the allied arts or sciences), by either the teaching of major courses in said arts and sciences, or by way of research, simulation code development, original work, or the application of building simulation on projects of a significant scope.

After 5 years of research and collaboration, we’re thrilled to announce the publication of the new paper “Ten Questions Concerning Occupant-Centric Control and Operations” 📚 - the product of Subtask 4 of the IEA-EBC Annex 79 research program (Occupant-Centric Building Design and Operation) that I had the pleasure to co-lead with Burak Gunay and Clayton Miller.

We received a grant from the National Science foundation to organize a Workshop and develop a white paper on Atmospheric and Urban Digital Twins (AUDT). The workshop will be organized as a series of focused group meetings, invited talks, virtual meetings, and a talk at a major conference.
